Steenvas works great on most metals and plastics. The most important things to remember are roughening and cleaning before applying Steenvas Epoxy.
There must be no leaking fuel, and the area must be roughened with sandpaper or ground very well.
Then clean it with a clean cloth and mix the Steenvas very well. The area must be completely dry before application.
Apply a fair amount and use a little bit of water to smooth and shape the product with your fingers to get into and over the area that must be repaired.
Give it 12 hours, and you should be good to go!
